• Have no cash value
• Are not redeemable for money
• Cannot be exchanged for real-world prizes

Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted by law.
• You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.

Accounts & Access

• Mall Bucks and Fish Chips may not be sold, transferred, bartered, or shared.
• We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Digital Products

Digital products, including Mall Bucks and downloadable content, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

Physical Products

• 30-day return window from purchase date.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

• Promotions may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Lucky Lady Mall provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, outages, delays, data loss, third-party platform issues, or indirect/incidental/consequential damages arising from use of the site.
